I'm Ohio Crawford: restauranteur, consultant, and systems architect proving that excellence and sustainability aren't competing values. They're prerequisites for each other.

I founded DIBS Mixers, now distributed nationally, because I believe quality shouldn't mean gatekeeping. I consult with restaurants across Texas, translating chaos into frameworks that actually work. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Alamo Area Hospitality Association and committees for Visit San Antonio. I'm an Air Force veteran who learned that operational excellence and taking care of your people aren't separate goals.

My mission: Leave this industry stronger than I found it. Not through individual success alone, but through replicable systems. Through teaching the next generation that retention isn't a fantasy. Through proving that treating people well and running a profitable operation aren't at odds. They're the same thing.
